The Journey to Allah and the Final Abode- Shaykh ‘Abd al-Rahman b. Nasir al-Sa’di

Shaykh ʿAbdur-Rahmān ibn Nāṣir al-Ṣaʿdī (rahimahullāh), one of the main teachers of Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-‘Uthamyin (raḥimahullāh), wrote this short poem covering key spiritual stations a traveler to Allāh must embark upon during the course of his journey to the Akhirah. Each line highlights one of these essential stations, which is then explained by the course instructor with key insights from the pietists and spiritual masters of the early Muslims. The nature and brevity of this book is such that it may be regarded as a primer to the science of suluk, or Muslim Spirituality and complements Miftah Tariq al-Awliya or the Key to the Saintly Path by Ibn Shaykh al-Hizamiyyin (d. 711 H), which is taught as part of the ‘Alimiyyah (Level 1) programme.

Questions can also be asked to the Instructor- within each lesson!
